I have been allotted a flat. What does this mean?
When you have been allotted a flat or a garage, you must decide whether or not you will order a lease. Remember that you must
contact us within three working days!
A person who has been allotted a flat, student housing, a parking space or a garage has three days to contact us to order a
lease. If this is not done within the designated time, the object is allotted to the next person in the order of priority.
During the time you are allotted an object, you cannot make new bookings.
Contact information
If you have been allotted a flat, you must contact our customer service at 0920-23 67 30. For student housing call the Student
Accommodation Agency, 0920-23 67 10. For matters concerning garages or parking spaces, you contact your area office. Of course you
can also email us. However, it is easiest to make your order from your personal page!
