Your queue time is calculated from the day that you registered a personal page with us. The queue time is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

In connection with a lease signing, the queue time is reset and the date of the signing applies as the new queue date. If the lease is sent by the post or submitted to our customer service, the date of arrival to us is the new queue date.
