What happens with my booking?

Our objects can be booked during two business days. Thereafter, they are allocated according to the principle that twelve people with the longest queue time are made offers, ranked one to twelve.

The twelve people with the longest queue time receive offers via email and their personal pages. When the response time for the offer has expired, the object is allotted to the person with the longest queue time. If the queue time is not sufficient for a placement among the top twelve, your booking is deleted. The eight with the longest queue time are entitled to be given a viewing of the flat in the initial stage. You can find contact information on your personal page.

Direct booking - "First come, first served"
A new function we are launching is "Direct booking" (Direktbokning) which only deals with student housing and parking spaces. Before direct booking is possible, the object must have already been available for booking according to the rental procedure where queue time is the determining factor. When such an object is made available for direct booking, "first come, first served" and not your queue time applies.
