Housing consultants, Area Office Centre and Flat rental are located at the head office in central Luleå. The offices of the CEO and marketing, technology and finance departments are also located in the building.

1st Floor
Area Office Centre, which looks after central Luleå, Antnäs, Tuna, Östermalm, Bergnäset, Malmudden, Kallkällan, Mjölkudden, is located on the 2nd floor. If you live in one of these housing areas, you should contact this office to choose wallpaper, make orders from the housing fund and sign contracts for parking spaces. Here you can also make an appointment for an inspection and sign out keys.

Flat rental
For questions on the leasing process, lease signing, lease terminations and priority queuing for flats, you should turn to Flat rental on the entry level. Questions on student housing are answered by our Student Accommodation Agency at Porsön. For parking space contracts you should turn to your area office.

2nd Floor - Conference room
The 2nd floor has four conference rooms. Notify the reception when you're going to a meeting in one of our conference rooms.

3rd Floor
On the third floor we have located our technology department, which is responsible for planning and procurement of new building construction, extensions and renovations. The IT department and project coordinators are also located here.

4th Floor
Our CEO, the Executive Assistant and Finance Department have their offices on the top floor. The Finance Department takes care of rent, invoices and the company's overall finances.
